![]() ![]() Before upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7 both the speakers and the headphones worked OK. My notebook is a 64bit Acer Aspire V5-571G which has only one audio output which is faulty, so both the speakers and the headphones are connected as USB devices through USB audio adapters (one is Nisuta and the other one Seisa). Both my Edifier R18 speakers and Genius comm microphone headphones now have just minimal volume, when completely cranked up by hardware volume control you are able to hear a very faint sound with software sound control at 100%. ![]() ![]() Installed Windows 10 Upgrade (Build 10240).
